Below is a sampling of what our vibrant river towns of Lambertville & New Hope has to offer.  It has a colorful history and interesting architecture which spans over 300 years. While Lambertville and New Hope are small Delaware riverside towns, they both offer an international reputation for fine food, lodging, live entertainment, antiques and eclectic art.

  • "Byers' Choice Factory Tour" of their "Christmas Gallery" and world renown handcrafted and painted Carolers and Kindles.

  • "Bucks County Food Tours" provides escorted tours of the finest foods produced in Bucks County.  Examples include small-batch ice cream, pastured meats, artisanal cheeses, baked goods and more.

  • "Bucks County Carriage Company" provides horse-drawn carriage rides and yours thru town, or to a secluded spot for a catered, gourmet

  • "Crayola Factory Tour and Hands -on Discovery Center" demonstrates how a Crayola crayon is molded, labeled and packed.

  • "Ghost Tours of New Hope"; discover the history and mystery of the 'most haunted village in the world' on this lantern-led walk through town. Our Inns are included on the 'Bridge Street' tour...!

  • "George Nakashima Woodworking Studio and Compound" is located on a scenic and secluded road and is a National Historic Site. The artists' homes and workshops are as inspired and beautiful as his original furniture designs.

  • "Lavender Farm at Carousel Farm Estate" offers tours of it organically grown lavender and 18th century stone barns and outbuildings.

  • "Outdoor Sculpture" at "Grounds for Sculpture" offers self-guided and docent led tours. Over 200 sculptures are on view in the park, with many new additions added to the grounds throughout the year.


    "Outdoor Sculpture of Stella Elkins Tyler" at Bucks County Community College features a self-guided tour of 9 bronze pieces on permanent display in the gardens throughout this lovely campus (and her former estate).

  • Bucks County Winery/Brewery Tours are customized, escorted and private, special tours. You are driven in one of 3 sized vehicles that fit a couple's or group's needs. Will pick up at our Inns!

The David Library of the American Revolution
( is for serious researchers.  Located just outside of New Hope in a set of c.1770 stone farmhouses and barns, they host frequent programs that are open to the public.

Martin Guitar Factory Museum
is a great interactive visitors enter, museum and guitar factory tour. Martin is America's most prestigious guitar, and its been made here for the last 175 years.  Whether or not you are a musician, a trip to this place is well worth the effort. View for details.
